- Mathias Adam Heinsmann was born on 14 May 1871 in Düsseldorf (D). He died on 30 Mar 1939 in Copenhagen (DK). He was buried on 6 Apr 1939 in Copenhagen (DK). He married Jenneken Adriana Lamers on 27 Dec 1893 in Zutphen (NL).
Mathias Adam, was the fourth child from the first marriage of Henricus Jacobus Heinsmann. Mathias Adam was a cigar maker. In 1893 he married in Zutphen, then moves in 1897 to Deventer and the same year to Osnabrück in Germany. The last thing found on him in the Netherlands was his role in a strike in Deventer.
He and his wife had seven children. The first one is born in Zutphen, the others in Osnabrück.
In 1913 the family moves to Denmark. They settle at the address Bjelkes Allé 9 A, 2nd floor in Copenhagen. In 1933 Mathias and his wife became Danish citizens.
Matthias died 30. mar 1939, death-place Kommune Hospital, cause of death Haemorrhagia cerebi.
Buried 6. apr from Bispebjerg Krematorium.
Not all his children seem to have stayed in Denmark (the oldest sons probably had to fight in German Army in the World War II), but his fifth child Anna Auguste did.
[Her brother Kornelius Georg Heinsmann (Osnabrück, 14 Jun. 1908 - Malaga, abt. 1980) is the only one of her brothers and sisters, that I have been able to trace in Denmark. Some of his offspring live in Copenhagen (and one also in Australia)]
